We ate there today for lunch, I had the bruschetta with roast pumpkin and mozzarella, the roast pumpkin was lovely but the bread was toasted too much and was very hard to eat. The peanut butter meringue stack that we shared for dessert was absolutely beautiful!

From the moment we arrived you could feel the relaxed vibe but then on top of that we had top class food and impeccable table service. The menu is interesting as it may force your hand to be slightly adventurous on some dishes which is a great way for restaurants to be. For starters we had venison and also the... More

We walked out from Eyre Square today and we're delighted to get a table for lunch. From an intriguing menu, I chose a delicious warming beef and chorizo stew. John had fresh fish fingers. I finished with a yummy almond cake and John had the fabulous deep bake apple tart. I would highly recommend Kai for its delicious food and... More

Without doubt my favourite spot in Galway. Food is absolutely fantastic. Staff all have an excellent knowledge of the menu and were very friendly. Highly recommend a visit .

Tried to change a booking to a later time and a lady barked at me for trying to change the booking. She said there were two booking times but my initial time was neither of these. Management could do with giving their staff customer service training. Very rude and abrupt - will never go here again

I come here on a regular bases and I've never been let down. The cooks are really amazing and real artists in everything they do. I am always surprised with new combinations of ingredients and flavours that I never experienced before. And the service is always great, all the staff is so friendly. Looking out for my next visit!

Super organic, farm to kitchen dining, small but cozy and beautiful inside. And the desserts! If you love a more wholesome type of delicious, this is the place!

My manager who is Irish recommended this place on my business visit in Galway. I just walked in without a reservation after work, it was quite full, but the staff quickly looked around and found me a table. They assured they will try to make it special -after I told them I was recommended this place. Menu was small and... More

The food is good but this is a bit too expensive for what you get. The music is so loud that you can't hear your partner

Overnighting with my daughters in Galway we were looking forward to a special brunch / lunch at this restaurant. Sadly when I explained to our lovely waitress that I suffer from a severe shellfish allergy word came back from the chef/owner that all they could allow me to have was the soup ! This surprised me as most good kitchens... More
