If I'm honest I'm always dubious about pub food in places I'm new too. But we decided to eat here and we all were not disappointed. My husband and friend had the shepherds pie which they said was amazing, I had mac and cheese and...More

After enjoying a pint of Guinness here earlier in the day, my friend and I returned around 7 for dinner. We feared the worst when we saw how packed the place was, but a member of staff enquired 'can I help you gents', & we...More

A fun and bustling joint, this is a great place for traditional food, especially locally sourced seafood and traditional music. Many levels to the bar, each with it's own personality. Get here early as it fills up quickly.

Very fun & interesting place! You have options of upstairs or several rooms with their own bars in each, plus, patios. Looks like an ancient building from the outside. What a surprise when you enter. Great service & food! Galway really is a bouncing town!

Great food as per usual all seafood locally supplied...The pub is "broken up " into two floors and patios with multiple "enclaves " so privacy is accommodated as well as efficiency of service. Our young waitress got my wife's drink order a bit mixed up...More

We had a lovely lunch, served with a smile and we were not waiting long. The menu is good and the atmosphere is so relaxing.

We had cocktails there a couple of times, and ate there once. The servers are friendly and the prices are reasonable. There are a lot of tables, and the ambience is traditional with a modern twist.

Stumbled upon this place while looking for something to eat at our two hour stop in Galway during a tour to the Cliffs. We were not disappointed with the food either. I got the lunch special, wile my friend got the steak sandwich. Both were...More
