I had Sunday brunch here and my wife had the vegetarian brunch. The quality of the food and the cooking was top-notch. It didn't look substantial but looks were deceptive and its very filling. The vegetarian version also looked very good, with my wife complementing it. The service was OK; maybe there we came in at a change of shift,... More

A little gem down by the river Corrib near the court house in Galway. I visit here at least once a month and it's always super, always packed as people can't wait to try their fabulous selection of breakfast and lunch available. The French toast is amazing as is the full breakfast and the poached eggs and avocado 😋 fabulous... More

Had brunch here on a Sunday morning. Excellent service, delicious coffee and tea, and a gorgeous salmon hollandaise. Husband had the veggie grill and loved it. I can definitely highly recommend the tea room!

I went here with a work colleague for a mid-week lunch. Had heard great things about it so was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately I left disappointed. The menu was ok, but very rigid - couldn't swap out one ingredient for another on one of the salads for example. Service was very poor, we had to ask for milk... More

Located near Town Hall Theatre and River Corrib these Tea Rooms are a great location for a cup of tea or coffee or for a substantial full irish. Pleasant staff with excellent service and reasonably priced. Only downside is it can be a bit crowded as it is frequented by the Legal Eagles and Gardai from the Courthouse located nearby.... More

Nicely located by the corrib close to town and overlooking the river and the swans. Coffee is probably the best in galway, the buttermilk pancakes are just divine. Recommend to go there for brunch or lunch or tea time or anytime really

Headed for brunch, great choice of delicious healthy brunch menus. Beautiful layout in an old house. Very friendly, attentive and helpful staff. Food was good too, just wished the poached eggs weren't cooked for as long as they were. The cakes were amazing, scones, fresh jam, everything was really delicious.

Been here a couple of times and the food is consistently of a really high standard. Definitely a spot in Galway that has the potential to become the best for lunch or brunch. However on both occasions the service was a let down. Rude and impatience characterised the first visit while the second saw the waitress ask us to wait... More

Have been here for lunch a few times. They unfortunately took my favourite sandwich off the menu! Food is delicious though a bit expensive. Lots of seating in different areas which creates a great atmosphere. Setting is beautiful, beside the Corrib, and many tables offer a perfect view of this. Service is good. Only complaint is my brownie was a... More
