From the mussels through the steak and lamb shank we all cleaned our plates. Small and wonderful. Worth a short wait if seating is not immediately available.

Had an amazing leg of lamb here, staff were very friendly and chatty, atmosphere was warm and cosy even with the bustling outside on Quay Street close to Christmas time.

We've been here before our exploration of Connemara. The place is intimate and authentic, the service is quick and kind, the food is absolutely excellent. We had the irish mussels (still dreaming of them) and our first irish fish and chips (perfectly crisp and light)....More

Dined here for a late lunch. Calamari was good but the seafood chowder was excellent. Best I've had in Ireland.

If you visit Galway, make sure to stop in for their seafood chowder. We have sampled all over Ireland and it’s the best!

Enjoyed this little place for a quick lunch while in Galway. Couldn’t stay for the music but the atmosphere is perfect for it!

No. But it’s so good and such good value that it’s worth arriving early to be surer of getting a table.

I know this is late but we noticed all of the restaurants in Ireland were very careful about food allergies.
