They have a total of three tables so not much room. We did squeeze two families of four in there by pure luck...but very glad we did. The dessert pies were delicious and such a nice treat. Staff was also wonderful!

It was recommended to us, and it didn’t disappoint. The restaurant seats ~15 but turns over quickly. Pot pies forever!!!

Stopped in here to try something that wasn't pub food, and wasn't disappointed. We were the first to pop in after it opened, and really enjoyed the food. Pie size is decent, and the service was great. Very cool interior decor. The space is definitely...More

Really loved it here! Quick service, fantastic pies (we ordered three and tried some of each). Good for vegetarians too. Only downside is that the sides serving are quite small. Really liked it here, I recommend going!

Admit it -- you're tired of pub food, which is rarely real food. So take a few steps away from your favorite Galway pub and get you some pie. Great food and gracious service. Plus, puts you smack dab in the middle of Galway's amazing...More

The Pie Maker was one of my favorite meals while visiting Galway. It's traditional and delicious. You have your choice of several pot pies served with mashed potatoes, peas, and some gravy. I wish I had room for dessert. Go here.

We just popped in here for a quick bite and a drink before work one evening so it was a bit rushed, but it was definitely the right choice. Such a cool &cosy vintage decor inside and the food is delish. Hearty, filling and reasonably...More

The pies here are fantastic. It is a very small space with only 3 or 4 tables but well worth queuing for. The waitress was excellent, very efficient and welcoming. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Galway.

The Pie Maker opens at 11 am Saturday through Sunday; at least according to what is posted for the hours on Trip Advisor. Yes, it is definitely possible to eat at the bar and given the limited seating, I suspect that it is... More
