Used to get to Bricin on fairly regular basis but unfortunately of late unable to do so as I am regularly out of the country. Always avail of any chance to visit, it is worth visiting Killarney for that pleasure alone. I will start with the atmosphere which is second to none, thanks to the host Johnny and all the... More

We were made to feel so welcome from the minute we walked through the door and the service never changed. We never had to wait and yet we did not feel as though the wait staff were hovering either. The restaurant was very busy but we didn't feel crowded. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I had the stroganoff... More

Enjoyed a fantastic meal at Bricin while visiting Killarney. Delectable traditional Irish boxties + superior service = very satisfied and happy customers. Hope we get to visit again.

Super nice and welcoming man greeted us and we entered a big yet cozy room where we had a great dinner. Like my sister said, "This is what a real restaurant should be, I love their attention to detail in the layout of the room, too " Thank you, Bricin, for adding to the enjoyment of our trip together. Cathy... More

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Bricin in Killarney. It's located in the center of Killarney on the second floor of an Irish crafts shop. We ordered the boxty. My husband had the lamb boxty and I had the beef boxty. They were more than delicious, they were out of this world! They brought back memories of... More

This second floor restaurant features tried and true mostly Irish food. We had the early bird special, like most of the venues around the country we visited, and were pleased with our food, the staff, and general way the management took care of each patron. The mussel appetizers were local, cooked in a butter and lemon sauce, and the bread... More

We stopped in during our visit to Killarney. Having eaten fish and chips one too many times, I opted for the chicken dish, which I liked; however, my star dish for the night was the carrot and parsnip soup, which I loved!! My travel mate had the Boxty, and loved his dish. A very nice place that filled up quite... More

Lovely restaurant with a real local feel. Try the traditional Irish 'boxty', lamb shank and crab claws. The staff were so welcoming and made us feel right at home.

Friday night in Killarney. Although it's late October Bricín is quite busy. Didn't have a reservation but managed to get a table. The casual diner might actually pass by Bricín, as the entrance is through a clothes shop and up a flight of stairs. Everything about eating in Bricín is an absolute pleasure. From the warm welcome, to the wonderful... More
