Service terrible. Staff not very professional our food was so under cooked Raw chicken that wasn't even fully cooked. Waitress never apologised for this. We never paid for our meal and they never minded as they must hear the same story everyday.

My family and I biked through Killarney National Park and on through the Gap of Dunloe arriving at Lord Brandon's Cottage where boats took us and our rented bikes bake to Ross Castle.. Midway through the ride is Kate Kearney's Cottage. It is a nice...More

Nice place to start a walk or carraige ride into the gap. Nice to have a drink outside on a nice day. Food is decent.

Food was great and reasonably priced. Service was very slow even for European standards. Gift shop a bit leprechaunish catering to people who want to buy cheap Chinese made trinkets. Attracts scores of tourist busses like moths to a flame. Good luck getting a seat...More

We started our journey through Dunloe Gap here. We were able to browse the lovely shop, pick up some water for the journey, and feel refreshed by the gentile hospitality.

We were sitting in the main room with the musicians, a lot of fun and even some young dancers performing traditional steps. Busy but staff does a great job getting the food out and drinks filled.

Had lunch outside on a beautiful sunny weekend day with piped Irish music - enough to create the best of atmospheres. Set aside the normal Guinness for Kate's Brown, a light, flavourful brew, a little cold for English tastes but very refreshing and appropriate for...More

Best pint of Guinness in the area in my opinion and the traditional St Paddy's Day favourite of bacon and cabbage was lovely. Great service and atmosphere. Great that locals drink here and mix with tourists. Highly recommended.

This place was recommended by our BnB, really good. Although extremely busy, the staff and manager could not be faulted for their prompt and efficient service. We had the lamb roast with vegetables and the bread and butter pudding- both excellent. If you are looking...More

As others have so well reviewed, bangers and mash was great. Staff friendly, good range of beers and lovely atmosphere. Expect to go back next year as we will again be staying in Beaufort
