We had planned to have a lunch at the tea room when we were in town June 2016. Walked by and the place was dark and windows dirty. No signage in the windows, chairs stacked on the tables. Two days later, same.

Called in for a late night dring with friends. The place was buzzing - mostly young people. A live band was playing at one end, without being too loud. Drink was ggod and service friendly. Prices were average. A little dark for my liking.

A lovely little cafe for a change. Its on the edge of the main part of Killarney town so probably not as many people would find it if they didnt know about it. The chocolate fudge cake was good and the tea was nice. Would like to have tried more desserts. Seems to have limited opening hours so call ahead!

This was a really fun day. The food was delicious and the service excellent. The atmosphere is fun and traditional. Don't count on eating dinner though if you come here for afternoon tea. We were stuff! The desires were especially lovely!

Called into Miss Courtneys tea shop last month as myself and a friend visited Killarney. I had been there once before and it definitely is a treat. One is taken back to another era. The decor , the background music all helped to create a wonderful atmosphere. We ordered tea and coffee cake and it was really nice. This place... More

Very quaint tearoom with mismatched teacups and saucers serving a huge array of herbal teas. Lots of cakes to choose from... it was difficult to pick from the selection. Unfortunately, it was completely overpriced - the cake slices were huge and I'd have preferred half the cake for less money.

Just the place for a delicious slice of homemade cake, dessert or Irish scone with nice coffee or speciality tea. The ambience is lovely, old china, silver, comfy armchairs or elegant upright chairs under chandeliers. One could just sit all day browsing through their old books. Recommend it.

I'd been following Miss Courtney's Tea Rooms on Facebook for a while so was very excited to get to actually visit during a trip to Killarney. Good bits: No problem getting a table. Friendly enough welcome on arrival. Decor was nice on first view. Nice music. Bad bits: Really grubby menu's. They'd run out of scones. Tea pot and a... More

Never again! First impressions ok, but, our waitress's indifferent and rather surly attitude was unhelpful. When asked discreetly for another cup due to staining, she came to our table with a badly cracked replacement which was immediately rejected. No apology given and eventually an acceptable cup arrived. There is no excuse for a cracked unhygienic cup being in use, or... More

My Daughter and I went to Miss Courtneys Tea Rooms for breakfast this morning, o what an absolutely gorgeous experience.. The welcome, the beautiful table settings, the peace and tranquillity, not to mention the beautiful hot scones with jam and cream Yummy, I would recommend everybody pay a visit here if you would like to treat your self.
