I can't talk more highly about the Cafe LaCoco. Its a small cafe in the centre of Kilkenny. The menu is all homemade and natural. They also do Gluten Free foods. If you are down in Kilkenny shopping you must drop in and taste their food. Well worth the visit.

I regularly visit this place for coffee or lunch. Coffee is excellent and the owner is really customer oriented. Breakfast offer is really good and lunchtime sandwich and salad offering in also really good. Best place in Kilkenny for a morning coffee or light lunch.

I've just moved to Ireland from Australia, and back home you can't go anywhere without smashed avocado on toast being on the menu. I almost squealed with delight when I saw the menu here, and could barely wait to snap this quick photo of it! Was so tasty! And well priced! Smaller cafe so I'd say when it's busy it... More

I had just fifteen minutes while walking through Kilkenny, and I saw this place. I would STRONGLY recommend it for a quick bite and a coffee, it is perhaps the best place to get a quick bite near the castle. Good food, very good coffee, and very very cheerful staff
