Well I hear this was the place to have Thai food in limerick, as I was down there for work I decided to venture there for dinner. Should of eaten in hotel instead !!! Starters were satay chicken skewers, nice sauce but dried out chicken,...calamari which again came with a nice spicy sauce however the calamari was very chewy. My main that I ended up ordering was Massaman beef curry which to be fair was nice however what I wanted to order was the. Nasi Goreng but was told if I wanted a fried egg on top ( which I thought was normal ) would be a extra charge. So all and all, if you are looking for a place in limerick to have Thai food there is a nice place way better about five mins walk down the road but it’s up to you to find I’m not going to tell you the name.More

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed a meal in LANA Limerick the other week, marvelling at the wide range of vegan options which was a pleasant surprise as we are used to only having one or two options to choose from! Special mention to Bianca...whose service was so welcoming, we all found her very friendly and kind. Thank you so much!More

Arrived with my two kids 8.15. Restaurant empty except for two people. Told half the restaurant was closed off for cleaning-preparing for tomorrow!!. No booths or banquette seats available to us. Only 2 v small round tables on offer. Asked if we could sit on...a banquette free near the two other diners-advised this could only be used by party of four. No matter what we suggested we were not going to be made welcome! 😀. Staff happy to have an empty restaurant on a Thursday night. Dine in customer definitely an inconvenience. We got a take away. It was not good food and that’s not sour grapes!! Will not be back.More

I was sitting opposite the kitchen service hatch. I watched the cook put my food up for service and then it sat there for nearly 10 mins before someone brought it to me. I complained immediately about the time it had sat going cold but...she just said sorry and sat it down. It was warm at best. Sauce was heavy and chicken stringy when cut. I complained again at the till. Another sorry. When I was on my way home I thought about the price and realised I had been overcharged. I checked my receipt and I had been charged for wine that I didn't get. I rang to complain and had to speak to 3 people to get my refund as they wanted to leave it as a credit on my account. I don't have an account and never intend to eat there again. I had to drive to one of their restaurants to collect my refund. Eat somewhere else. They are sorry about everything but really couldn't care less.More

Very poor quality food and service. The food looked like it had all just been reheated. Poor quality meat and tasteless. Avoid.

We ordered our food early on new year's eve as we knew Lana would be busy. When the driver arrived, as he took one of the bags of food out, the bag burst and the meals were ruined. This was a genuine mistake by the...driver. He said he would be back with replacement meals asap. After over an hour and half wait and several calls later, the food arrived. The driver left the food in the porch and left so never requested payment. As I had complained about the poor service from this and my previous orders and requested a discount, we thought the restaurant were doing their best to keep us as a customer. However, I then received a call at 22.40, looking for cc payment...which is ironic as they would not accept a cc payment when we first ordered the food and could only pay via cash or just eat. I complained again about the poor service and informed them I would never return but Lana could care less. None of my family will be getting food from Lana again.More

Had the Lamb Curry delivered. It was so bad 90% of the meat was so fatty we gave it to the dog We have had this before and it was so tender.... Really shocked how bad it was... reluctant to order from Lana again..A real...pity..More

A fantastic small yet very clean restaurant with friendly staff and amazing diverse Asian menu. I highly recommend their Lana house special noodles so spicy yet full of flavour. Nice place to go during these covid times

Ordered vegetarian dishes and website stated they included tofu. When we got home we realised that tofu wasn’t included. When we rang they tried to tell us that you had to write in the description of you wanted tofu, despite the website description clearly stating...it was included. Very unhelpful on the phone. It would never happen with a meat dish. Disappointing.More

Left it pretty late on a Saturday night to find somewhere to eat but managed to get into Lana. A pleasant surprise. Staff busy with takeaways but still pleasant and professional. We had four different dishes and all were delicious.My lamb curry was particularly good...and very generous with the lamb.Daughter loved her calamari dish.Wifes fish noodle dish was a again packed with fish. Would not hesitate to return to Lana for a sit down!More

My main complain about this restaurant is they don't provide tap water. While the food was good (although rice a little too sticky for my liking) and the staff were friendly they don't provide tap water to customers, so don't ask for it! Along with...that if you're a vegetarian you get a raw deal. It's the same price for a meat dish for the lunchtime specials. Very disappointing. If they provided tap water I would be back no problem, as I said the food was good and the staff friendly.More

Always quick and fresh,very tasty every time, great place to grab a lunch on your break, waiting staff is really efficient and a girl who i believe is a manager always smiles which makes you feel so oooo welcome
