Poor service, food wasn't brought out together, garlic bread was burnt and had to be sent back with no apologies, long wait time, had to go back to ask for sauce as it wasn't offered, there was a dry skin on the mayonnaise in the dish. I am sure the two burnt pieces of garlic bread were brought out to... More

We (a family of four) have just visited Brewers Fayre, Goff's Park, Crawley. It was a great experience and excellent value for money. We had two large meals for £7.99 (before 6 p.m.) and an adult and child's buffet (eat as much as you like) - food was lovely. The staff are all very good here (quick service / clean... More

The food was great as always apart from a burnt garlic bread which they quickly changed when asked. Shame about the service, the lady behind the bar was extremely rude and didn't seem to care about anything! We had a voucher code which didn't state a day it was unable to be used on but she was adamant it was... More

I had a voucher from Brewers Fayre for my birthday and as my wife and I were near to Crawley decided to use it. We found a table but had to change the chairs as the upholstery seat was really badly stained and my wife did not want to sit on it. Having looked at the menu decided not to... More

Food was not good at all. The burgers were hard and dry. The chips were also too well done and dry. Side salad wasn't fresh. Tables and floor were dirty. Ladies toilet was not good.one flush wasn't working. Other toilet seat was completely off. I feel bad for suggesting to come here ( we had the buy 1 main and... More

Let's start with a positive.. Food arrived in a good amount of time, and staff were friendly. Unfortunately that's where it ends, this is not my first time at this establishment, and it seems the food quality has severely dropped. How many times do they reheat their chips..? I would not recommend this restaurant for food. If it's just a... More

Recently visited for a family day out, one of the best experiences I've had at any brewers fayre. The team was lovely and helpful, food was great presentation and arrived at the table at a respectable time and piping hot which is always good. We all finished our meals and wish we had room for dessert as we were sure... More
