Ashy's is by far the best take out I have ever known. I unfortunately don't work in Bolton anymore but I'd love to go back there just for another mixed persian kebab.

Waiting times can be lob when its busy but the fish and chips are worth it. Consistent quality is the key and they also have other dishes such as kebab and tandoori rolls. I usually am not much into fish and chips but this is a rather good bite to eat.
