The food here wasn't as good as some other Wagamamas and the service for our visit was bad: slow and confusing and a bit rude.

Menu was really good but just don't buy in to the idea of serving a dish the second it is ready. My son and I only had time for a main course and I was almost finished mine before his came. Surely in such circumstances it would be possible to serve them at the same time.
what a great place, service was excellent and the food was fantastic. All cooked to perfection and pleasent staff. free green tea,
We can always rely on Wagamama for delicious food and we certainly weren't disappointed when we visited them at Festival Place in Basingstoke. If you like spice, go for the 'Firecracker'. I generally like the cuisine this chain offers, but apparently there have been some changes. The portions seem to be smaller than in the... More
Very tasty food, good friendly service, expensive wine for the 'set up' but friendly staff and efficient service.
