The food here wasn't as good as some other Wagamamas and the service for our visit was bad: slow and confusing and a bit rude.

Menu was really good but just don't buy in to the idea of serving a dish the second it is ready. My son and I only had time for a main course and I was almost finished mine before his came. Surely in such circumstances it would be possible to serve them at the same time.

can't even get main courses out at the same time, shambolic. I can make the same food at home, better although I do have to wash up. Don't bother eating here.

We can always rely on Wagamama for delicious food and we certainly weren't disappointed when we visited them at Festival Place in Basingstoke. If you like spice, go for the 'Firecracker'. The 'Bang Bang Cauliflower' is always a winner too. The staff could have been a bit more cheery, but for good food at a good price, we were satisfied... More

I love Waggamamas food but I'm not overly keen on the restaurant seating arrangement it's ok but can be loud and noisy when it's busy, plus you never know who'll you'll end up facing or sitting next to , most people are decent. I've only recently found out they do takeaway it's not obvious from the actual restaurant but they... More

Standard fare from a good chain. Find a dish you like and stick with it. I always have the chicken chilli ramen.

Have been here a couple of times now, most recently in March 2017. Had the chicken katsu curry as well as some starters (fried prawns and duck wraps). All the food was great, and the service was good to. Not too expensive either. Only slightly negative comment would be that one of the starters came out after the mains, any... More

I tried many Wagamama branches in the past, but somehow did not visit this restaurant chain for more than a year. On my way to Heathrow I thought it is time to have another Wagamama dinner. I generally like the cuisine this chain offers, but apparently there have been some changes. The portions seem to be smaller than in the... More

Very tasty food, good friendly service, expensive wine for the 'set up' but friendly staff and efficient service.
