Popped in for a relaxed lunch on a Saturday. My husband had the Game Pie and I had the Liver and Bacon with Bubble and Squeak from the specials board. Food was of a good standard and great value with decent sized portions. All main courses served are less than £10 - a rarity these days ☺ We were tempted... More

Fabulous food starters and mains but whoever runs it cares very little for there staff. There was no waiting staff and consequently you had the barman who was fab and the chef chasing there tails clearing tables delivering food and trying to serve ordinary customers. Not good this meant that customers were serving themselves. Hardly ideal get a grip invest... More

You can't go wrong with this great little pub on the high street in Tewkesbury. The Sunday Roast is superb. Book in advance as it's always busy!

I went in again recently and always enjoy a beer here. It's very small when looking so seems not much room in front bar on busy nights but weekdays is okay. Plenty more seats in rear of pub though. Tribute and Doom bar were mainstay ales on my visit.

On a really freezing day today we want over to Tewkesbury for a wander and found this place. Very friendly and comfortable with a good selection of beers and food. Also with a standard poodle we had a very enjoyable afternoon talking to the locals and other dog owners. A good afternoon on a cold February Sunday.

The food in this lovely pub was good. Lancashire hotpot was excellent, vegetables cooked perfectly. Lovely cosy pub, quiz night on Thursday.

Just popped in for a couple of drinks, friendly welcome, quaint place and roaring fire. Didn't eat here even though the menu looked reasonable and nice.

Have visited this pub on many occasions when in Tewkesbury and it never fails me. Wooden floors, nicely aged tables and chairs, beamed ceiling, you get the idea, classics old English town centre pub. Always a good range of well kept real ales for us boys and a good cup of coffee for the girls. Only visited for a drink... More
