I was envious, but of course they were in Sicily! Well, I told them of this place and we all went in together. For them it was basically like... More

We often go to etnas. And have done for a number of years. Food is consistently good. Always a warm welcome. A little piece of Italy in lancaster.

Forget Bella Pasta and all the other faceless chains - go to Etna for some of the best Italian food you will eat in a long time. An amazing choice of starters, mains and if you can manage one - desserts and not all just pasta and pizza - highly recommended. Great value for money in a city centre -... More

Wonderful friendly and cozy place. Its very small, they do always seem to be busy but its the bustle, the quality, the price and the charm that makes this the best most authentic Italian I've had since the 1990's. The waiter's were great and very entertaining but the food was straightforward, very authentic and incredibly good. The washrooms are up... More

Etna is the most authentic Italian restaurant in Lancaster. We have been regular visitors for 25 years and have never been disappointed. If you want great Italian food, go to Etna.

To my shame I had never made it to Etna in 10 years of living in Lancaster. Finally corrected that this week with some friends. Friendly, homely trattoria. Good food and plenty of it, well priced and went down very well with a nice bottle of wine. Nice to see more authentic dishes on the menu and not just the... More

Having being taken there as a child I took my two year old for lunch on a quiet Tuesday. Italians are renowned for being family people and these guys are just that. The restaurant is two storey family owned restaurant and has been there forever. We were made very welcome, my son was grinning from ear to ear and loved... More
