A brilliant book shop spread over three stories. With a very nice cafe on the top floor. They provide a nice selection of easy food and cakes plus a nice range of hot drinks and alcoholic drinks also. The prices are very reasonable for the...More

A comfortable, relaxed place with pleasant staff and a limited selection of attractive and attractively presented food. There is a good choice of tea, coffee and alcoholic drinks. It adds to the attractiveness of the bookshop which in turn makes it a congenial place to...More

Well they did not have the book I wanted. Hot chocolate and a chocolate square to eat. Really nice. Pretty empty at 3;00pm. People drink coffee, use the free wi-fi and read books at the comfy chairs and tables.

My wife needed a drink, so in and up we came. Brilliant hot Chocolate and Roo bush tea at midday. Great seats. Quiet, clean toilets. Brilliant.

A good place to drop into whilst in the bookshop or even in the area. Always find relaxed away from the hustle of other coffee shops.

I remember this cafe as being well run and beautifully kept - also delicious food but now...... The whole place is shabby and neglected with ripped furniture . Staff not enthusiastic to please I returned my burnt tea cake but the waiter insisted it was...More
