When the sun is shining this pub is our first choice. Set in the delightful Castle Field area it has a fantastic outdoor part in which you can enjoy a cold beer whilst the sunshines. The inside of the pub is really nice as well....More

We came here last week for our anniversary. It's not the first time we've been as it's our top choice for a more fancy celebration night out, staff Christmas dos, birthdays and previous anniversaries included as well as occasional trips out with friends. The food...More

We visited here for pre gig food. Really great location. Food was great and on time and the staff were very helpful and friendly. It rained the day we visited but there is a nice outdoors area to socialise in.

Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant they are only allowed downstairs in the bar. This helps with the lovely community atmosphere of the bar and the dogs are very welcome by most visitors.

Yes very much so. My children are often here with me. It's our local. Fenced area and benches outdoors. Common sense prevails obviously to keep an eye on them but we love it there

The wharf has its own monitored car park and there are numerous car parks close by. First Avenue is an excellent short/long stay car park and the local NCP car parks on Deansgate are reasonably priced also.
