Found this one by accident, but what a find! Lovely welcome from Mitch who was a complete delight! Chatty, explaining the menu, accommodating gluten free requirements - super. The ambience was so relaxing we found it difficult to leave. Going back soon!

My wife and I visited for a meal and drinks before visiting Rebecca Ferguson at the Bridgewater hall . The restaurant is located a short walk from Victoria station, between Exchange Square and Albert Square. We had previously booked after calling in for a few drinks. We were able to use our taste card for the discount. We were seated on... More

Came last Thursday evening our first visit and enjoyed it thoroughly. Nice friendly welcome and given choice as to where we sat. Whilst it was not overly busy it still had a nice feel/atmosphere which had a positive impact on our evening. Fillet steaks and a bottle of Bulgarian merlot ordered from a homely menu that has something to suit... More

What a lovely place, the meet and greet was excellent and the service by Jamie was brilliant. We ordered the fillet steaks which just melted in the mouths we both didn't want the food plate to empty. Will definitely be back to try the Sunday roast and other foods on the menu. It's a must visit to anyone in Manchester... More

Went for afternoon tea (with a toddler), they were very accommodating and helpful (even helped carry a pram downstairs!); and offered a colouring book for my toddler. Food was lovely, accommodating for vegetarians. Presentation was great too. Afternoon tea is served on a 3 tear cake stand, 4 sandwiches, scone, jam and clotted cream, and a selection of mini cream... More

We booked a table for lunch (12.30pm) on the 26/10/16. The restaurant is situated downstairs with a bar and tables on the ground floor. We were greeted and shown directly to our table, From the menu we choose staple British fare Lancashire hotpot and Cottage pie, both meals were tasty with well cooked vegetables. For sweet we had traditional Jam... More
