LOVE LOVE LOVE. I don’t think I’ve had such authentic Indian food until this meal. It tasted amazing, right amount of salt and spice. No frills, no fancy garnishes or decorations, just a pure focus on the food. It being cheap is a bonus!

This & That is an oxymoron; It is probably the most well known of the secret curry cafes of the Northern Quarter. Tucked away on a little side street, it's easily missable. It took me nearly 10 years of living in and around Manchester to...More

Very good concept for a quality meal at low price. The menu changes every day and is rather limited. You queue to make your choice of the day's dishes and get served. Portions are rather big. The taste is great. We were a group of...More

Ive been here about 4/5 times now. The food generally is pretty tasty, you get big plate fills too. However, the seating is very limited due to the size of the restaurant, quite often you are squeezed up close to other people and don’t have...More

Great vegan curry on every day at a bargain price. Amazed at the consistency of great food they do. And the bhajis are banging.

Three great big plateful of lovely tasty indian food for £21, can't beat that for value. Excellent atmosphere, we really couldn't fault it, we'll worth seeking out.

Having seen the good reviews I had hopes that this would be a down to earth place with cheap and authentic food. However I didn't get to the point of even trying the food. When I arrived I stood by the counter but was ignored...More

This is a tiny place where you can have lunch from a served buffet of eight or so prepared dishes. The food was fine and it was really cheap. Moreover, the staff was really friendly. What I missed was spices in my food. They do...More

A family run business established for over 20 years, we're one of Manchester's favourite Indian Curry Houses. We offer a huge choice of delicious curries and are located in the heart of the Northern Quarter, tucked away on Soap Street.
