Ran in for lunch today as the picture of the chicken hot pot looked so good, it was delicious, service was great and quick, didn't have to wait long at all. Try the chicken hot pot! 👏

Very much like the other EAT places in town. Good veggie options, staff helpful with gluten free advice. Turns out it was salad or soup. Would be nice to see some gluten free sandwiches in here. No public toilet Great place and lovely fresh food. This place is for lunch or a coffee.

I am not usually one for writing reviews about restaurants especially not fast food/cafes but I am that shocked at what I saw at Eat I had to say something. When I was entering there was a staff member walking out of the door with 3 big bags of rubbish which is fair enough but I stood to the side... More

Nothing special about this place, we shared a few different dishes between us and they all tasted exactly like you'd expect. I think they were a little overpriced. However, despite being a little 'average', everything was on the very good side of average; the place did nothing *wrong*, as such, just didn't do anything spectacular! Lovely vibe, great selection of... More

I have always liked the eat idea. Fresh made that day with loads of tasty ingredients. I love that they add decent chutney to their cheese ploughman's. Always a good choice - I do like their pie selection.

Had their soup for lunch. The tom yum soup is just great on a cold day as it has a chilli kick in it. I have always loved their food. Enjoy food to go on the go that is just great

Great selection of soups and sandwiches. Generally my Arndale Centre lunch of choice. Shops or so big they look deserted, but ignore this and tuck in for a snack or brew. Far better value than Starbucks
