A great restaurant on the water like being in a faireytale. Friendly service can be hot to sit outside in summer

it is a touristy area so it is hard to know what to expect, but on a very busy Sunday when the place was packed, we had a very enjoyable meal

This is a fine little restaurant by the canal. We ate perfectly plump escargots out of the shells, delicious; wonderful onion pie with a small salad; a main plate of cheese, ham, roasted potato; and, the boiled version of crispy schweinhocken with potato salad, pickles and a side salad. The meal was delicious and reasonable.

Four of us had lunch here and all four really liked our choices of lunch items. I had the soup of the day (fish). It was the first time I had fish soup and it was very good. The service was super and the prices low.

We arrived without a reservation on a Tuesday evening at around 18.30 hrs. We were lucky enough to get the last table as all other tables were either already occupied or reserved, so reservation is a must. The choice of food was excellent with regional specialities. You can either choose a single dish or create your menu at a fixed... More

We had an ok dinner having arrived quite late in Colmar. All other cuter places were about to close and wouldn't accommodate us anymore. Food was ok, though the pork knuckle had been warmed up and was still cold inside [...] The tarte du jour was yummy. Service was coldly polite with one waitress and much kinder with another male... Stopped here for dessert....hot day and early in the evening....they had a dozen tables open and refused to serve us because we only wanted sorbet/glace and wine. Too bad for them...let their business fail....definition of stupid.

Having dined in old Colmar the evening before, we went into little Venice this evening. The menu here is fixed price but attention to customers is poor. We were brought two little glasses of 'soup' whilst studying the menu - an amuse bouche I guess? ?cheese curds with chives and garlic - no explanation given. So we ordered wine and... More

The price is quite high, and the quality is average. Good creme brulee, and great bratkartoffeln (fried potatoes), everything else was just okay for quite a high price (25 euros for entree and main dish, 30 for entree main dish and dessert).

the good thing is that you know before how much you will spend. 25 for 2 courses, 30 for 3, more drinks. Appetizers are quite good but main courses not so yummy. Many of them are just boiled and the alsacian dish is poor.
