We discovered the Patisserie Gilg on a walk around Colmar. The selection of pastries were vast and we thought our selection were outstanding. We thought the macaroons were delicious! The lady who helped us was friendly and delightful.

For us, Patisserie Gilg had some of the most delicate, well-made macarons we had ever tried! The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the range of cakes and small eats was huge. Incredible and we shall return whenever we are in the area.

This is a small shop with a lot to offer. The pasteries are delicate and light with intense flavors. Freshly made daily. The macaron are fantastic. I recommend the Citron Addiction!
Best patisserie I have found yet in France. My husband and I got there early and ordered a variety of things to try including cookies, eclairs, and breakfast pastry. Yum yum
Everything in this patisserie has the highest quality. The staff is very friendly, some are perfect in English language.
