This is a lovely little wine bar. The staff are friendly, particularly the owner. They have a great selection of wine and even had a bottle from Greece. The plates were generous and very tasty.

We stumbled (too much wine) across this cute little bar on our first night and were greeted with hugs and enthusiastic staff! We had a selection of cheeses (including the mozzarella ball) which were all fantastic. We were advised to which wines to get and enjoyed trying! We loved it so much we went back for our last night and... More

Always pop-by this wonderful wine bar when in Bordeaux. Probably THE largest selection of wines anywhere in Bordeaux - if not in France :)! at very competitive prices.... Excellent charcuterie and cheese plates here too - top quality and superb presentation. Be sure to make a reservation to guarantee a table outside where you can enjoy a bottle (or three)... More

Authentic and delicious. Very knowledgeable about their wine list, which is huge btw. Be careful: the foie gras plate is enormous. Caprese salad was a hit, as was the bresaola. Great way to spend an evening.

Great wine list, lovely food and great hosts! This bar was recommended by our b and b hosts and it certainly lived up to its billing. Went 2 nights in succession and thoroughly enjoyed the experience both times. Food is light and tapas-like.

A centrally located, small wine bar with a relaxing atmosphere and knowledgable, English speaking staff. Has a very extensive wine list containing wines mainly from Bordeaux but from other areas, too. A nice place to stop by and try out different wines, many served by glass. Only serves cold cuts, different cheeses and other cold dishes which go well with... More

We were lucky to get a spot at the bar as the place was very busy. We had an assiette du terroir which was filled with quality charcuterie and foie gras from the region, along with a very good bottle of Côtes de Bourg Château Falfas 2010 recommanded by the staff. We also had a nice plate of Italian cheeses... More

Situated in the heart of the historical district of « Saint Pierre », the WINE BAR is a unique place in Bordeaux. In a warm bistro atmosphere, this authentic wine bar is an essential port of call for wine lovers, with its original selection of wines from all over the wold – a remarkable range of origins from the prestigious to the more modest, presented by Giancarlo.
