The only good thing in this restaurant is the wifi that is working really well. Otherwise the food is not good and is expensive. We took mussels with fries and there was sand in the mussels.

This is a very convenient stop for food and/or drinks directly across the street from Bordeaux gare (train station). In this case, we just enjoyed a glass of wine making connections into and out of Bordeaux.

I might as well have been. After finding my own table, in a 3/4 empty restaurant, I was ignored for 15 minutes. Even after calling to the Maitre D' ( She looked straight through me), it took another 5 minutes for a waiter to spot me. A rather gruff greeting, he then took my simple order of a pizza and... Wondered past this at 1030pm looking for a place to eat - this restaurant was open til late. We had the duck and it was very good and well priced. Good service. Would return.

The service was a little slow but the staff were friendly and helpful and happy to explain the menu in English. I had an excellent onion soup, confit lamb shank and tart Citroën, excellent! There was also a selection of pizza, pasta and snacks. Not cheap but we would definitely visit again

Had breakfast here - very good! Their pizza is thin and crispy and delicious. The salad was fresh and dressing was nice. Champagne in a carafe at 15 Euros for Nicholas Feuilatte. Staff helpful. Serves all day. Sunny spot en terrace. Very popular with locals and right next to station.

Nice food but the salad had no oil. Steamed mussels were not totally clean and you could taste the sand. The price of the food was average for French standards around €30 per person with wine and desert.

This sums it up. Not trying to be Mir than it. Good value food near the main station - we were looking for a quick bite while waiting for a bus to the airport. French onion soup could have been more flavourful but the mussels and frite were enjoyable. Service was quick, efficient and they even offered us English menus.

Thank joelk
