My wife and two sons dined at this restaurant last night. The service was very warm and friendly . The amazing French food was the best we have experienced on our trip so far. My wife and I tried the degustation menu and everything tasted wonderful. The ambience in the restaurant was quite intimate and our table had a great... More

We visited this restaurant at the end of the year. The place is bright, clean and the restaurant has a view on the Palais des Ducs. It was quite empty, but we came after the peak lunch time. The stuff was nice, friendly and well prepared. We had a standard lunch menu and we really enjoyed it. The amuse-bouche was... More

1 or 2 Michelin stars given for nothing. the menu was changed that week so we could not get what we wanted when ordering the table, the restaurant was quite empty a sort of a warning we should have taken more seriously and above all the food was not as good as one may expect the duck dish was simply... We did the full menu for 105 Euros. Worth it! I've dreamed of a complete french meal, and finally did it. Delicious and sophisticated. And the chef came out afterwards to greet us. And the best surprise was the lovely location with a beautiful view of the Palais.

This restaurant is not cheap. It's in a prime location and the food is complex and labour intensive. Another reviewer talks about expensive plates being made up from cheap ingredients but I did not feel this kind of meanness at all. Having eaten far too much Burgundian food over a few days we ordered a main course, a plate of... More

We chose their menu, not cheap at a little over 50 euros, but it has 4 official courses, and in fact one is given so many amuses-gueules that it almost becomes a tasting menu. The cooking is refined and in many ways adventurous, and the cook some distinctive touches: a liking for strong flavours and fresh herbs, including some fresh... More

Asked for a vegan full meal last night and was super pleased! Dinner included 2 sets of amuse bouche (eggplant aigre-douce, lemon mushrooms and a melon cold soup then a bigger plate of gazpacho). Appetizer was an amazing carpaccio of super seasoned vegetables with some fruits, flowers and herbs, entree was a plate of seasonal mushrooms with broad beans. Green... More

Dear client, Thank you very much for your comment. We are very pleased to know you have appreciated your dinner in our restaurant. The chef is very demanding with the taste and flavors of the fruits and vegetables because it is the basis of his cuisine. It is always a challenge for him to prepare a full vegan meal and... More

Took some time to think of how to review this restaurant. It is M Star and not cheap (€300 for four people with one glass of house red and many bottles of water) but the location and service is wonderful. Pluses The table is yours for the evening and the service and attention to detail is wonderful. The location of... More

Four of us had lunch here on a beautiful, sunny, warm day. What attracted us to this restaurant was how it stood out from the other restaurants. You could tell it wanted to be the best restaurant on the Place de la Liberation. And it was. They had an a la carte menu and also some fixed price menu choices.... More
