The restaurant is quite small in a corner. It was filled with guest, implying that it is a good selection also with locals. Nonetheless, personally I found the service rather chaotic and unfriendly. Food was of expectable quality but not over the top.
We had an excellent meal here at this cosy restaurant. The menu was creative and everything we had was delicious! Service was very good. This is a must stop if you are visiting Besancon. But do reserve, the restaurant is quite small and it was very busy.
Very good and friendly service. We had some excellent local wine Pinot Noir Domaine Guillaume, vieilles vigne for 26euro the bottle. The food was very good and the desserts fresh and delicious. It's a small place, like an old bistrot. The decoration is tacky but kinda nice. Would definitely recommend it.

The service was great and the (only) person serving was happy to let us choose our red wine from... More
We arrived early. It was quite initially but a buzz developed as the evening wore on. The service was convivial and frequent. Questions were asked and suggestions made and followed. The truit (trout) was good as was the local chardonnay (fresh fruit but not sweet). The fromage was excellent including the comte and a fresh soft cheese. Perfectly matched with... More
