Ate here twice, it was so good. The first night when we arrived, we had the set menu of 36 Euro. That was for a starter, main, cheese, and desert. Plus a kir (fizzy wine and framboise) and half a beer or water. The main...More

The restaurant itself is quite glamorous and the menu looks good but the food was not specially tasteful. Had “normandy rump steak” which was ok, difficult to destroy such a meat! The Bernaise sauce on the side didn’t have “the bernaise taste”. A little disappointment...More

We had good breakfast, but the place is too expensive for the quality offered. Eggs and croissant and coffee. Coffee was not perfect, by the way.

Went there today for lunch and in spite of some bad reviews, I really enjoyed my choucroute. The waitress was very friendly and the food was served on a keep warm plate so never cold. I would definitely go back and really sorry it has...More

We popped in here because it's right across from the train station. We have a feeling that they get enough customers because of this that they don't really have to be nice to them. Paris is expensive everywhere, so I would say the value here...More

We were tired from a day of sightseeing and this restaurant was close to the the hotel we were staying at near Gare de l'est. We tried the Choucroute but it was marginal at best. There are far to many fine restaurants to choose from...More

Most restaurants in Paris will be BUT tend to have a special menu of gourmet type / celebration type so you nearly always need to book in advance [and save up as they tend to hike prices].
