This is a very special place. The 'pascades' are delightfully crispy and slightly sweet, little open pie crusts filled with very tasty fillings. They are just the right size for a meal - not too light nor too heavy. The dressing on the side salad...More

The food there was simply awesome. We had the daily specials that were really good. The service was wonderful and the restaurant was super organized, efficient. Very cozy! The attention to the details was amazing! Will definitely come back next time in Paris ...

Everything is served in a crepe! Not something I'd typically order, but delicious none the less. Door is a sliding one where you need to push a button to enter, we walked past the first time without realizing where the entrance was.

We chanced upon this little canteen/ cafe eatery just off the main shopping belt. The pascade - which is a firmer crispier Yorkshire pudding equivalent- which graces every dish (mains and dessert) was delicious! The texture with the lightly coated sugar undercoat was a tease...More

Menu focuses on food-in-a-crepe/soufflé. If you like these then it is a good choice. We found them a little sweet for main course - but excellent in the dessert selection. Quick and efficient.

Food is served in a "pascade"--a thick crisp crepe in the form of a dish. Our risotto came in a sweet pascade, as did our dessert. One of the best things about this small restaurant is that it was quiet and you could actually talk...More

My husband and I ate here on our second night in Paris. Slightly off the beaten track this is a lovely restaurant with a simple and fresh menu. I had the summer salad to start - with melon, tomato, basil and onion and it was...More

It was nice to see the renovations and updates but the high standards that have been consistent over the years have been maintained. Well worth consideration.

Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle

modern day workers continue to take advantage of the
legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th
century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and
cinemas sit side by side with French bistros

Alexandre Bourdas has adopted the pascade, a thick crêpe from the farms of the Rouerge. He has revised the recipe to obtain a crisp, tender and delicate texture, and fills it with flavour combinations drawn from his culinary experience. At the end of November 2012, his cantine- auberge dedicated to this rustic dish opened in the centre of Paris.
