We were staying a few streets away and came across this restaurant by chance, having walked out of a restaurant down the road as we found it impossible to be served. We are a family of six, two parents and four young children. The restaurant were really welcoming to us all. They moved us immediately, with a smile, when we... More

The Village is disappointing.Terrible service. The witer is rude. The coffee came cold. Do not go there if you do not want to feel poorly served.

This place was busy, but the food was awesome and t he service was impeccable! I have eaten a lot of places in my lifetime, many *****, but this service was the best! This... More

We were staying at Rue Lebouteux so this cafe was a 1 min walk and we had a quick breakfast fare here - simple and quick - omelettes, coffee, croissants. Was a little surprised at being charged as high as €5 for a glass of warm milk for my toddler, but aside from that, pleasant staff and quick service.

Served a lukewarm pot of tea. Rather than trying to solve the situation, the manager just tried to convince it was perfectly warm enough. Food looks ok, but won't go back.

Is this typical french cafe/bistro the food is amazing and very reasonably priced. I had a classical tartare, lovely fresh and nicely seasoned and a creme brulee as desert. Both were excellent. You can't get that quality outside France. My partner had a delicous Ravioli and coffee icecream. The service although under extreme pressure was friendly and fast. A must... More

This place is simply perfect if you wish to have some good french food or simply to have a few drinks. The waiters are extremely kind and friendly and the location of this restaurant is fabulous, at the heart of the pedestrian area of the "Marché de Rue de Levis". I go there almost every week.

We had a lovely dinner at Le Village. Great service which was unassuming yet very attentive. The food was delicious and there was a children's menu for our slightly fussy eaters. Great location and a very relaxed atmosphere. We tried a few local cafes as we were staying in the area for three days and this was by far our... More
