First the security man said i cannot come in solo. You need companies. I push gently and enventually got in. Good ambiance, an ok singer with a good pianist. High prices like everywhere else in this St Michel touristic area. Overall ok.

Awful experience in Paris. We stayed few minutes in this pub, ordered two mojtos for 36 euros and been asked to leave the table for new customer. It's not fair this behaviour. Very bad service also. Don't go there!!!

It's a good place for lazzy happy hour. Good point is happy hour starts at 2pm until 9pm, so pretty long one. During this time, drinks are cheap as 5€ pint, 6€ cocktails. And live music starts about 6-7pm. After 9pm it becames too expensive in my opinion

When we arrived we were given a menu and asked for the bottle of wine that indicated it was 30,00. When we left a few hours later they charged us 40,00 for the bottle of wine. It appears they changed menus half way through the night...the first menu said 30,00 and the second menu said 40,00. Pretty dishonest in my... More

We visited this bar one night. The drinks are expensive but they run happy hour in the evenings until nine. They had a great piano player and singer which was entertaining- easy listening.

Great bar Located right in the middle of one of Paris’ most fascinating streets. Cut priced and sport on during the daylight hours and piano music in the night. An excellent bar to visit for anyone who appreciates the Latin Quarter.

If you want a legit Latin Quarter music and booze experience. Might even try talking to the locals. They seem congenial.

Neighbourhood Profile
Odeon / Saint-Michel
As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighbourhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.
