Came across this absolute gem in Paris 2 years ago and have been returning since! Reasonably priced and honest portions, meat always cooked to perfection. The duck and lamb (during winter months) and pan fried cod in lobster bisque (summer months) are delicious. Owners are...welcoming and lovely. I’m already looking forward to next time!More

Had a wonderful dinner, great servers, local flavor. The codfish dish was a top ten for a lifetime winner, and the chicken gizzard appetizer was a contender as well. This is what dining in Paris is all about.

We had a memorable evening here last night. We arrived 30 minutes before our reservation, and since our table wasn’t ready, the host served us complimentary glasses of house red wine. Not necessary but a nice gesture. For dinner: the shrimp first plate was brilliant,...with the scampi perfectly prepared and surrounded by a lovely avocado guacamole. For the main I had 7-hour lamb which practically melted off the fork. Mmmmmm. Perfectly French. We washed it down with a delicious bottle of Alsatian Pinot noir that the server recommended, and it was a perfect match for our food. Dessert was a superb baked apple tart drizzled in house made caramel. So so good. This was an exquisite evening in an exquisite but homey restaurant. Recommended.More

As soon as we walked in we were made to feel at home. The food was exquisite and the service even better. Never had to ask for anything and the waiter took the time to explain the photos on the wall we were trying to...read. The food was insane. Would come back in a heartbeat. We took a chance going off the main strip and it paid off. The onion soup was beautiful. I would reccomend this to everyone.More

From the atmosphere, to the service the whole experience was beyond expectations. The waiter even took his time to talk us through the french decorations on the wall. 100% recommend to everyone.

Fab meal on a rainy Sunday evening. Great food with a cosy, relaxing Marais vibe. Foie gras and prawn with guacamole starters excellent. Succulent lamb and duck mains and a shared pistachio creme brûlée - all a hit. Can’t wait till the next time ...

We visited L’Ange restaurant 8 years ago on our last visit to Paris, and thought it was amazing then. Had dinner there last night and it surpassed itself! Absolutely fabulous food and wine selection. Staff are friendly and all speak English. I only wish this...restaurant was in my hometown. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough!!More

I brought my boyfriend here for his birthday (New Year’s Day- tough day to have a birthday!) it was a perfect little Parisian jewel! The streets of the Marais are filled with lovely places to dine and this did not disappoint. Cosy, amazing food full...of flavour. Menu in French and English. Reasonably priced. Great service with a friendly and witty waiter. And a candle on the birthday boy’s Tarte Tatin! Wonderful!More
