It's an excellent restaurant. I have been several times during the last 3 years and I hope I will visit again. Excellent value for money. I paid so many times a fortune in french restaurants and this worth every cent!

Ate there a few days after I had the chance to eat at a Michelin restaurant in Deauville (Maximin Helio) and for almost a similar bill, there is a big difference. So, either Mr Lignac uses his fame to charge an arm and half a...More

Excellent food, glad we made it there for last call tonight. We had the duck, beef and black cod with peas which was so goof. Each were excellent in their own way. We also tried 2 cold appetizers which were both great - a burrata...More

Our concierge recommended this jewel of a restaurant after we said we wanted to go to a locals place, with great food and wine, hip and fun and walkable. This was everything we wanted. The adorable salt and pepper kissing dogs on our table were...More

In Saint-Germain-des-Prés, life is effortlessly chic
and all things are beautiful. The main boulevard is
dotted with famed terraced cafés, haut-couture shops,
ivy-covered railings and fine-dining restaurants.
Antique dealers and art galleries surround the fine
art school and small museums hide in unassuming
squares. The neighbourhood’s namesake church is the
oldest in Paris and is the backdrop for talented

Description
27, rue du Dragon: a cult address in the Saint Germain des Prés quarter. One that has played host to many of the world’s ‘beautiful people’ since it first opened in the 1950s: actors, singers, politicians and even some of the international élite. “Le Tout Paris” has graced the upholstered wall seats of the “Claude Sainlouis”. When, in 2011, the opportunity arose to stage a much admired come-back for this one-time king of bistros on the capital’s left bank, Cyril Lignac needed no second asking. Keenly aware of the venue’s history and spirit, the master chef restored the prestige and status of this Latin Quarter institution while carefully preserving the warm atmosphere and authenticity. Renamed “Aux Prés”, this cult Bistro serves typically Bistro-style cuisine with flavours from around the world. Uplifting cuisine inspired by the Chef’s travels and encounters. With, more than ever, pride of place given to French and foreign home produce.
