We went on a Tuesday evening to try the €109 fixed menu. Everything was perfect: the service was kind and professional. The food was outstanding and the view of the Eiffel tower was unique. I would love to return.

Antoine is one of the less-pompous, more delightful Michelin-starred restaurant I've had the pleasure to go to (three times over the years, so far, and I'll go back again). This restaurant specializes in fish and seafood, and the Chef's creations are amazing and ever-changing, with delicate flavors that roll and mix on your pallet as you go. I personally always... Recommended by a business partner, excellent seafood and superb setting. Great wines and digestifs; lovely place. We took the "emprun" menu which was a five-course menu, a shortened version of the seven-course menu decouverte. It was very reasonably priced and every dish was a real gem - in particular the frog legs (not everybody's cup of tea, and my wife... More

I had the lunch tasting menu. It was great! Even though they explained it, I couldn't exactly understand what I was eating all the time, but all of it was fantastic. And the champagne... ah!

Amazing unusual food...worth the experience. The negative is that the staff are on 'automatic' and used to serving upscale tourists, so their heart is not in it. It is an expensive night, so not sure we would return....

Yes, very expensive. But great food. I don't like fish but the maitre di recommended a great dish and it was great. I also had the frogs legs

The degustation menu is great, you get small examples of delicious seafood and more and ended with the desserts that were wonderful. Great service and they have an open kitchen and you can see the chef and crew working and watching your reaction to the marvelous food

From brilliant to boring in less than a year. When I reviewed this restaurant last year I genuinely thought it was the best meal I had ever had. This year what a different experience. Grumpy staff, plates removed from the table before the food was finished. It's like OMG what happened here? It's as if the staff decided to have... More

Antoine is now one of our favorite restaurants in Paris after this visit. We tried the tasting menu, and everything was delicious. The amuse bouches were especially creative and surprising. Antoine pairs seasonal ingredients with fresh catch of the day to create unique flavors. The taste is light and refreshing, focused on bringing out the natural flavors of the ingredients.... More

Staying in Trocadero

Neighbourhood Profile
Trocadero
This is the neighbourhood of grand and impressive Haussmann-designed apartments and buildings. National museums overlook the Eiffel Tower and embassies fill the avenues and streets. Locals head to the butcher, florist, or bakery on their daily rounds amidst luxury and splendour, all with a view over Paris and its most famous tower. Snuggled in between the grand buildings are small art galleries and homes of historical significance. With a rich legacy from 19th century politics, art, and architecture, you can’t help but be reminded of the belle époque, the Universal Exhibitions and the nobility that have frequented and shaped these streets.
