From the minute you arrive you feel welcome this is not a ‘stuffy’ restaurant, far from it. It is warm and welcoming and you feel like an old friend.
Overlooking the Eiffel Tower you are given the choice of table before given the menu.

Nicely located and close to metro. Has a drop off for chauffeur/ taxi/ Uber.
Small restaurant but tables cleverly placed to offer both practicality and privacy. Clear views to Eiffle obscured by trees over the road but too can be seen by looking skyward.

The Chef greets each customer to explain the menu, but does up sell a bit for his traditional mains. Boeuf with truffles and mash. Tasted much like my late Grand-mère Dupuis would cook up. If I went again I would give it a miss for something else on the menu only because there’s better value in other choices.

This the first and best resturant we ate in paris. The food was great , the location is in view of the effiel tower. The most impressing thing about this resturant is the owner and chef came to take everones order. He explained the dishes for night and took real pride in his food.

We booked into 6 New York as we wanted a fancy restaurant to celebrate our 20th anniversary before we went up the Eiffel Tower at night. Location was perfect, just a 10 minute walk to the Tower across a pedestrian bridge with AMAZING views of the Tower.
Anyway, back the restaurant. The waiter was amazing, entertaining, funny and engaging and the Chef comes to visit every table to introduce the menu and make recommendations which is a really nice touch.
The food was fantastic, high end but not pretentious and we had an amazing dinner there, even the teenagers who probably would not have picked the dishes themselves.
Would recommend in a heartbeat, great food, great location and great service!

So thankful for getting us a table as we had just got engaged. Such fabulous hosts, an amazing cultural and culinary dining experience. Chef Jérôme Gangneux took our order, advised on dishes, gave us the view table and then had a photo with Jerome out the front with his personal Christmas Tree, better known as the Eiffel Tower…. My wife and I visited 6 New York for our 25th anniversary dinner and received a warm and attentive welcome. Both the owner and his staff take every step to give diners their fullest attention and to make their meal as enjoyable as possible. We enjoyed champagne, salmon and foie gras for starters, both excellent. The mains of lamb and a divine chefs special of creamy mashed potato over a tender braised beef were both amazing dishes. For dessert we had the signature rice pudding and the chocolate gourmet plate - both heavenly desserts from an accomplished chef.
A beautiful restaurant with amazing food, great decor, subdued lighting and a truly romantic location - what more could you want? - visit and enjoy!!

Went to this wonderful place on Friday night . We were welcome as soon as we arrived . The staff and so nice and funny . They made us feel at home . The chef/owner introduced us to the menu and was very nice to us , it made us feel special . The food was outstanding and my favourite sea bass was the special it was outstanding . Oh and the view is amazing like the food and the staff. They all speak better English than me.

We wanted to take our niece for an extraordinary dinning experience on a brief stop in Paris during her first trip to Europe. 6 New York was the perfect restaurant for experienced foodies and first time travelers alike. The dining room had the perfect ambiance with a view of the sparkling Eiffel Tower. The chef came out to greet, us and the waitstaff were so lighthearted and friendly. Not to mention—the food was outstanding. You could choose fish or meat for the tasting menu. We had a lovely wine selection and delicious desserts to complement a fantastic meal.

Excellent service and cuisine. I went there in May 2023 and my friend and I were well received. The cuisine was sophisticated and the dishes delicious with great explanations given by the chef himself. Refined setting with beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. I highly recommend it.
