Very friendly and attentive servers. Food was well prepared, fresh and healthy. Atmosphere was clean and comfortable. Will definitely eat there again on our next visit.

Révolution de palais : le chef star Mathieu Pacaud vient de reprendre les rênes de l’iconique adresse étoilée de Jean-Pierre Vigato. Au rez-de-chaussée de ce sublime hôtel particulier, avec son parc en plein Paris, on y savoure toujours une cuisine gastrono-bourgeoise sans prétention, signature de la maison. L’ambiance ? Lumineusement contemporaine et chaleureuse, plus dîner chez des amis avec du goût que réception grand genre intimidante. Au fil de la carte : la charlotte de pommes de terre de Noirmoutier pimpe par touches de caviar osciètre, le tronçon de homard bleu rôti se vivifie aux côtés d’un carpaccio de homard aux herbes fraîches, tandis que la sauce diable au beurre salé réveille le pigeon grillé. Clous du show sucré, le fameux soufflé au chocolat dispute la vedette au “grand dessert” caramélisé. Tombé dans la marmite à sa naissance (son père Bernard Pacaud est le chef de la mythique Ambroisie, que Mathieu co-dirige), les macarons pleuvent pour l'étoile parisienne montante
