After a 14 hour flight to Paris: My husband and I were tired and hungry. We glanced across the street from our hotel and saw Chez Nenesse: The staff welcomed us, despite having no reservation, and proceeded to provide us with some of the best...More

It's a nice family run restaurant which serves 3 main courses which varies every day and they are typical traditional French food, a bit salty but very delicious. We ate rabbit with mustard sauce.

We chanced upon this restaurant while staying in the area quite some years ago, had good memories of a fantastic veal marengo there and wanted to give it another try. This is a quite simple place, frequented at lunch mainly by people working or living...More

Our first dinner in Paris was here, staff were friendly, the place looked a little plain but the food wasn't. I had the veal which was cooked perfectly with a honey sauce which I wanted to lick my plate clean once finished. The other meal...More

Last minute lunch. Very good, simple food. Not expensive. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Location great - right in the middle of the Marais. But don't try to park!

What a lovely place with the most genteel service and delicious food, of course, the desserts were wonderful. This restaurant offers the best in Parisien cooking for a very reasonable price.

Flavoursome, filling and pleasing in every way. Bring your appetite if you plan to make it to dessert. Try not to fill up on bread between courses you will be sad if you miss dessert. Comfortable location away from the main fray, a gem of...More

The soup, the tuna with avacado, the veal, everything was simple and delicious. Very friendly service. Prices are affordable. You can get double the food in quantity and in taste you could get in a bistro on a main street.
