I went with work colleagues for dinner. It is clear that only by reservation as it was totally packed. The manager was very efficient but waiters still behind, the menu explanation was not good. The food was ok, medium high. It is not a cheap...More

Nice interior and elegant atmosphere. Staff was very busy, so I had to wait a bit, but it was ok. Food was fine enough to enjoy wine. Not bad at all. If you are nearby Notre-dame, good to visit.

I wonder when the last time Guy Savoy ate at this restaurant. A restaurant with his name on it. The food we were served was disgusting. Not bad, disgusting. The special was described as 4 large Gambas. Instead I was served 4 pathetically small dead...More

I first went to the restaurant years ago and remember enjoying it. We went again and were not disappointed. It is a beautiful and elegant restaurant with a lovely fireplace but yet restrained and simple. It was completely busy on a week night so reservations...More

I would recommend this place for the food and décor. The service, not so much. It was efficient enough, but the waitress clearly preferred her local customers to us. When asked to take a picture of us at our table, she was much too busy...More

Atelier Maitre Albert really caters to their French clientele but we got lucky that they re-opened at the end of August so we could have the best meal of our trip. I had eaten there several times in the past but it had been more...More

We had a great meal at Maitre Albert. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable; the smell of woodsmoke is prevalent and it would be particularly nice on a cold winter's day. The rotisserie area is open and you can see the chefs at work. The...More

Staff was good to us as non-French speakers, didn't make us feel bad and spoke good English. Food was fine, just nothing special and not worth the prices. We got the terrine starter and felt it had a nice spread of flavor and texture, but...More

Hi Rebecca Yes. They can handle large groups. But in a busy business day lunch time they might choose not to. Bon Appetite! Jed

Description
A highly contemporary rôtisserie in the heart of old Paris A log fire flickering within a vast stone fireplace; meat, poultry and fish sizzling in the rôtisserie; around sparkling tables of grey slate guests are seated in the midst of this remarkable spectacle, where roasted duck breasts, monkfish tails and pork ribs are served straight from the spit to the plate. The tone is set: generous plates, first-rate produce and authentic cooking. After remodelling the interior of Restaurant Guy Savoy, Jean-Michel Wilmotte set to work here: austere décor, the finest materials, intimate spaces.
