Although we ordered rare-to-medium cote du boeuf, we were served medium-to-well done and thus 4-stars (who wants to wait for another 15min for a the serving of the correct order). The ambiance and welcoming were just excellent as well as the food. The desserts creme-caramel...More

My niece and I had a lovely evening at Bistrot Paul Bert. The wine list, service and food were all perfect. I’d recommend as the foundation of your Paris cuisine experience. The dessert soufflé was exceptional!

We went here because of Anthony Bourdain's recommendation. I can see why he liked it here. Chefs tire of eating fussed over foods and end up craving simple, but excellent quality fare. If you're looking for fancified French food, this is not the place. We...More

A superb discovery in Paris. A bistrot attached to a wine shop so you have a perfect combination of an excellent meal with a choice of very good wines. Traditional starters like gaspacho, harengs (herrings) or a simple salad. But then followed by a lamb...More

We decided on this bistro. Friends in the group had a favorable memory of a visit time ago. We chose the 3 course price fix menu because there were many dishes to choose from. Everyone was satisfied with their choices. However, the desserts topped the...More

I went for the boeuf au poivre. It was amazing, probably one of the best meals I ever had in Paris. The waitress Natalie was very kind. The price is fair.

Wonderful French experience to the top. Food, service setting, all top of the line. We were seated in the window next to the bar. A cozy table on a rainy day. the young bartender chatted with us most aggreeably. Dont miss the Grand Marnier Souffle.

I don’t think it’s better for one over other. I’m a light lunch person so the three courses would be to much for me at lunch time. The dinner is three courses too and a good price for the quantity. Just be ready to be seated... More
