Breakfast was 13€ 50 each and they told us after we'd sat down that they had run out of pastries. Our breakfast consisted of a few slices of bread with butter and no knives or plates to eat it. They got our coffee orders wrong...More

If you want to keep only one thing about the Parisian's Brasserie Spirit if you come to Paris, you'll have to stop there. One tip, it's a fish restaurant so you're going to have an affair with fishs but a very nice affair. Evg is...More

Le Dome is a few blocks away from the Eiffel Tower. The food was double the price of most restaurants in Paris (seriously, double). Everything was over priced. The staff was friendly enough, though we did see a staff member trip and drop a tray...More

Le Dome excites a variety of opinions. I have always enjoyed it and a recent dinner really scaled the heights. It was simple (on paper) and classic: Mouclade, roast Turbot and Raspberry Tarte. The Mouclade of little Breton mussels was creamy and delicious; the Turbot...More

This turned out to be one of my favourite Restaurants while in Paris. I Dined here 3 times over the 8 or so days I was there. Great traditional French food and all the waiters were friendly and helpful except for one who was a...More

The service was very slow even to Paris standards. The food was just OK, but the mussels were very good.

You can tell the wait staff despises Americans. The food wasn't bad, but the experience I had would overshadow the most phenomenal food, if they had it. After eating, the waiter took my card and charged it at the table. When he have me the...More

Let me start by saying I don't ever give 1 ratings out. This restaurant was a suggestion by a French friend and all of his suggestions were great with exception of this one. I made a reservation 2 days in advance to get into this...More

Plenty of other good reviews encouraged us to choose here for an evening weekend meal and it was reassuring to find the restaurant particularly busy. However our experience was a little underwhelming and rather unpleasant. We were greeted at the door by a friendly member...More

This was recommended to us by a local who's suggestions were all A+'s in Paris, so we were very disappointed from the get go when we went to Le Dome. The waiter was an absolute jerk to us. I assumed it was because we were...More

The namesake tower of Montparnasse dominates over the
landscape but the fun part is the throbbing life that
goes on below it. Bright lights, busy cinemas,
brasseries and diners encompass hidden museums and
parks to entertain the masses. Long avenues lead away
from the tower to take you to unsuspecting places and
historical monuments and treasures. In between lie
adorable ivy-covered houses with beams and small

In most Parisean restaurants dogs are allowed to hangout with their owners in the outside seating area. We sat inside, but this restaurant does have outside seating area. Safe bet you can take your dog with you.

Outdoors, on the terrace, you can dress up like Big Bird, and no one would notice. But in the evening, inside Le Dome for dinner or drinks, and at all other better cafes, there is a subtle, informal code that discourages... More
