Stayed in the area for a business trip and found this place on Tripadvisor. Turned out to be a fantastic choice. Excellent service, tasty food and good ambience. Must try the profiteroles!

I have no idea if there are to reopen or not. But I would believe the sign. When we were there for dinner, it was very busy. I think they are doing well -- so I doubt they will close permanently. Perhaps they are renovating.

I am not sure, but I believe that Calvados is popular in Normandy. Different producers make different tastes.
