This is an unassuming little bistro in a working class area of Paris that delivers a truly enjoyable dining experience. We were able to get seating without reservations at around 7 pm but the place was packed within an hour. The owner, Bertrand, is a...More

It is quite possible to become a victim of media like TripAdvisor or Eater. This is, no doubt, a temple of simple but delicious French traditional food; the coq au vin, the andouillettes, escargots..., I could go on. And it's thoroughly good at À la...More

Very nice, small bistro. Excellent service & very good food. I recommend coco du vin ! Good choice of wine. Comparing to other Paris restaurants value for money.

Our third trip to this restaurant in 5 years and it constantly remains a staple when visiting Paris. Certainly outside of the city central, but worth it. Quite the charm, exquisite food, and quite the traditional fare. Can't rave enough!

From walking through the door we felt at home. So friendly and they spoke English which was a bonus as my French is limited. And the four course menu for €38.90 was great value. We had duck pate, roast pork with potato rosti and marrow,...More

On our second night in Paris we visited this quaint restaurant just down the street from our apartment on Rue Lyon. Outstanding evening with attentive waitstaff, good food and excellent wine. In fact the evening was so good that our dinner lasted 3 1/2 hours....More

The food, the drinks, the service and atmosphere were all fantastic. Unfortunately we don't have any pictures of our meal because we were to busy enjoying it all. We ordered eggs with mayonnaise and the fois grois for appetisers, steak tartare and the duck for...More

You should call them directly as we did. The restaurant is an old fashion French restaurant. The portions are very large. The food is excellent. You should have a fine time there. As said earlier, they speak English.
