We had just finished viewing an exhibit at the Grand Palais and were ready for lunch. It was a beautiful sunny day, and when we asked to be seated, we were asked if we had reserved. We had not. The problem was not with being seated, but with being seated on the terrace. We didn't mind sitting inside, so there... More

This high-ceilinged and enormously spacious restaurant is situated in the Grand Palais: (enter at the side nearest the Seine.) There is a (heated) covered terrace which looks rather more atmospheric than the dining room itself and we rather regretted not having asked to sit there. The slightly cheese-flavoured brioche and the bread were extremely good. Our meal of rather lukewarm... More

We booked a table for Sunday lunch with a friend. The restaurant is an impressive size, situated within the iconic Grand Palais. The staff were excellent, the food and service too. It could not be described as cheap, but for the quality of the dishes, which are quite modern in presentation, we thought it represented good value. We had a... More

The Mini Palais restaurant is located in the nice district near Dôme des Invalides, the Louvre Musee and the Grande Palace. Contrary to the $$$$ indication for Parisian standard this would deserve only $$-$$$. Really nicely priced for the quality and taste of dishes. The Baba Géant (rhum cake) for two persons as desert tops the dinner you just enjoyed.... More

Very very considerate and attentive staff, and gorgeous food. Definitely not many options for vegetarians, so that would be something I'd bear in mind if bringing along a guest with dietary requirements. I had the winter vegetable casserole which was delicious, especially the tomatoes! And of course, the view is stunning.

Had a great business dinner. There was 12 in total and we all enjoyed it. Setting is nice and would return with my wife when next in Paris again. Wine selection is good and very tasty. Would recommend a visit if your staying local.

The restaurant is stunning, the service was friendly and our party of four enjoyed our meals. We had a mix of seafood and steak and everyone was happy. Definitely one to recommend and return to.

I went there to have lunch before going to the exhibition at Grand Palais. We were escorted to our table which was located near the bar. The waiter might see my face so she asked if I would like to change the table. I chose the new one at the sofa area but she told us that table was for... More

One of our favorite restaurants in Paris (we are Brits but have lived here for six years). Had lunch there with my family on New Year's Day - food was as ever superb, especially my ris de veau. Service was ok, though our desserts (some hot) were left waiting on an adjacent table for several minutes and it was only... More
