When you eat in rue Saint Anne on a regular basis, you become accustomed to certain things, namely service and tasteful meals. For starters, this restaurant may have the name of a Japanese city, but the owners are most certainly not. The service lacked luster: they forgot my ramen so we only had the gyoza I'd ordered as an appetizer... More

We arrived at 21:50 and they close at 22:30. Enough for a quick dinner. But the waiter was rude with us and rushed us to pick the orders. He finally decide to walk us out because he didn't have time to wait for us to decide. He clearly suggested to pick another restaurant!!!!

Service was fast enough but that's the only good that can be said. The Chinese waiter was rude and once finished we were rushed out the door. The wakame is ordinary and the negative miso just plain awful. With so many other options around, your best bet is to try neighbouring options.

Bad service, bad quality of food. Moreover no one was kind with us and lastly they kicked us out of the restaurant at 23. The only thing that is positive is the final price.. but I think that it doesn't worth to pay less for bad food.. my advice is to go in another restaurant in that street!

I have been many times and the quality is always consistently good. Very quick service, open for early dinner. Mostly ramen, but several other items on the menu which are good too.

Like so many ramen noodle places, especially along rue Sainte-Anne, Sapporro is a scene of controlled chaos but the food was very good and the prices just right for the budget traveler.

This place has a slightly shabby chic ambience which I am familiar with from travelling in Asia in a lot of eateries there, If you are looking for the highly polished high end Japanese style then this is not it but it has massive charm. There is a lot of bustle and a lot of noise and chatter, even on... More

If you like Japanese Ramen and Yaki Gyoza, this place is worth a visit. Owned and run by Japanese so you get the real thing

This should have been Japanese, considering the owner was Japanese... But it wasn't. I had a set menu with shio-butter ramen(thinking I was going to get something like the buttery flavored ramen of the gods in Kyoto), with fried rice and gyoza. The gyozas were good, the fried rice was good(let's get real, fried rice in a Japanese restaurant, what... More

For the price you are paying, you will get something else better nearby. The place is filthy and the food is not good.
