We decided to check out this restaurant because of its Michelin star status and its location. We went for the more expensive menu at 105 Euro. Generally we were very happy with the experience. However, we did find the wait staff a little aloof and...More

Expensive. Slow service. NOT Michelin quality. Astounded they have a star. When you drown a lovely fish dish in a potent basil and lemon sauce, you’re not getting my vote. Not creative, not inventive, just average for the other dishes.

Sorry not for us. We ate far tastier and far cheaper food throughout Collioure. The amuse bouchés were good, but mains were disappointing, particularly the pigeon. The puddings were plain awful - not a sweet thing in sight.

We had diner only at the restaurant one evening. I had my car parked for me by a member of staff from the hotel. The setting was lovely looking at the mall harbour but the sun was on us until 9 pm and it was...More

Out of the many Michelin starred restaurants I have dined at, this has been one of the most surprising, with top quality food in a classic and somehow innovative style. There seemed to be control over details from the fresh bread served throughout the meal...More

Four of us enjoyed the Au Gre du Vent tasting menu for dinner. Just the 6 course version, so without the pigeon. Saying "just the 6 course version", we all agreed that there was plenty of food. Everything was interesting, delicious and beautifully presented. You...More

I asked about the dress code when we went and they said that casual was fine - ie dress jeans and a shirt for my partner was ok, no need for a suit. I didn't ask about shorts but yours sound quite smart and would probably... More
