Fine dining, great atmosphere, and not a bill to make your eyes water. This must be one of Limoges 's finest restaurant and we look forward to revise it in a near feature! The menu offers something for all taste.

Haven't been here for a while and when I found that Redon was closed for the holidays this was a natural fall back. Note to the restaurant - the exterior looks unloved and downright dingy and we came really close to just walking past and going to one of the restaurants at the bottom of the street. Clean the paintwork... More

A 1 star Michelin in the centre of the old town. Beautifully decorated, attentive staff, outstanding food. An amuse bouche, 2 courses and a palate cleanser for 23 Euros each. Really good value. Haven't eaten so cheaply in such a quality restaurant ever.

We stumbled in by chance, but were amazed by the quality and value of the food, from an appetiser of magret de canard and foie gras, amuse bouche of artichoke velouté, through 3 delicious courses, ending with mignardises of a sort of bitter chocolate shot and a mini Madeleine, with a straight out of the oven crispy top and soft... Set in the beautiful old part of town is this classic french restaurant. For 23 euros for 2 courses (28 euros for 3 courses) we chose from 2 etherial starters, either beef parmentier with truffle oil or a tartare of duck with a poached egg. Flavours that left your taste buds overflowing with sensation. Then either a suptuous piece of... More

Very well received by excellent staff. Very good and fine traditional fresh French cooking accompanied by a good wine list. Plenty of space and more privacy than you would find in most restaurants. Nice and friendly staff but I have not found the time to check their English language capacities.

Looked on line before going to this restaurant and after looking around went in it! Nice quiet place inside,no children running around or very loud people...a change in the tourist season. It was a very hot day so it would have been nice to have aircon!! The menu of the day at 28 euros was very nice, well presented ,taste and... More

Since the new crew is working, we visited our favourite restaurant in Limoges thee times. Let my wife Mieke and I reassure all the people in doubt: they did not give in! The food is as delicious as before, and the menu 'retour des halles' is still a bargain for 27 euro. Yes, they deserve their macaron again. All we... More
