Already when I entered I smelled fresh bread (I normally don't eat it but this was fresh and hat a very nice crust so I had even two slices!). The food was very fresh and so delicious! I had the suggestion (black pudding that melted on my tongue), then "claviature de canard" (3 different types: breast, filet and homemade foie... More

I suspect past positive reviewers have sipped one too many aperitifs before dining here! My god our meal was horrendous! It didn't start well: as we walked in, our nostrils were accosted by a miasmic stench of poor plumbing which continued until the kitchen began sending out orders. We should have turned and left at this point but, alas, it... More

Three of us ate such different meals and all plates were great - one adventurous menu called 'chef's choice', one vegetarian menu, one daily menu. Menus are in French and in English. Very hearty, flavorful food. Service very good, pleasant. Prices reasonable if not cheap for what we ate.

This is an excellent restaurant in a side-street just off the cathedral. The couple who run it are very welcoming. The €25 menu is excellent value. The chef makes his own foie gras, which is top quality. We would happily go again.

The meal here was a delight. I started will the salmon quiche. It was wonderful, hot and fresh; then had the veal with a mushroom sauce. I love veal, but this piece of veal was the best veal that I have ever had. The sauce was perfect. My husband had the same entree and was blown away by the tenderness... More

This spot is just a few meters from the primary streets that most visitors walk down, but perhaps easy to miss. It's worth finding. I followed the recommendations of others for the two chèvre salad, my wife had what was essentially a salmon-based quiche. We were both happy. We both had the veal dish, and the meat, the sauce and... More

The chef/owner saved the day by being most entertaining, but our meals for four varied in consistencey. The entree of l'escargot was very good, but I would have preferred more garlic. The main of beef for two of us was served cold and although I like my beef medium rare, the middle was just too bloody. I think it was... More

Absolute nice food, very well cooked and the presentation was great. It has numerous authentic French cuisines you have to try. I personally love the creme brulee, the sugar caramelised on top is very thin and crispy, the custard is very creamy and rich. The best creme brulee so far.

This restaurant has an excellent €25 menu. The goats cheese entree was superb. I had the mixed grill main but the apple tart dessert was amazing There was also a menu of the day , a child's menu and an a la carte menu. Lots of choice with wine with either glass, 1/4, 1/2 or 750 mls

Thank Marie N
