Having enchiladas in a traditional Mexican ambience was worth the time and money spent. Hosts are kind and supported us with our language barrier.

I don t understand what the fuss is about this place...The reviews do not match the reality at all. I ordered beef fajita which i coulnd t eat at all, the beef is all chewy and tasteless. The waitress didn t even asked why i had left my plate as it was delivered...Margarita is the only good thing in this... More

The place has a nice mexican theme. Staff was attentive and friendly, the food was great and authentic. To drink I recommend the margarita. If you are going for dinner it opens at 20:00.

Nice little restaurant, in the city centre of Toulouse. Lovely ambiance, great decoraton, and the staff is very friendly. We, group of friends went there for dinner. Dishes are all lovely, well balanced, good portions, great in taste. La Sandia is the restaurant to go to to eat great Mexican food and to have a nice evening with friends or... More

The service was very friendly and relatively quick for full restaurant and we were a group of 12 people. Nice atmosphere, the place was decorated in seemingly mexican style. The servings were generous and the food tasted great, everyone else their's was good as well, and we all had a wonderful time. I am not mexican so cannot say for... More

Our family have enjoyed Mexican restaurants for many years and in many places in the world so we thought we would give La Sandia a go as it is not too far from where we live. The people at the restaurant were very friendly but overall I think the place is over-rated. The food was mediocre at best, quite expensive... More

I'm Mexican and I live in Toulouse. I had my doubts and it took me 18 months to try it. It's a real mexican restaurant with Mexican people and taste. Try the cactus "nopalitos" and enchiladas de mole. It's the real informal Mexican cuisine! Enjoy it!

This place is a real Mexican restaurant! The waiters are extremely attentive but that's only a nice extra point on top of the delicious and hight quality food! Go there!

Mexican is not one of my favourite cuisines, but this was a nice change. We were in a large group and while the food and drinks (cocktails) was on the mark, the service was somewhat slow. It's worth noting that this restaurant is never open for lunch, only dinner and that it is open on Mondays - a big plus... More
