We stopped here for a late lunch while Bayeux was in the middle of the fete médiévale. We had fast, friendly service even though many tables were occupied. We both had the salade a trois fromages-very nice dressing with very fresh walnuts. The pichet of house red wine was excellent. I recommend for a good lunch.

We have been going to this restaurant on and off over the last 10 years food has always been excellent. Staff always pleasant and welcoming. We have had some good nights in this brasserie over the years. Recommend the plat du jour.

We went there for lunch. The restaurant was quite busy but still places available. We waited for 15 mins but the staff was not willing to get us the menu and take our order. He rather spent time cleaning glasses.....very arrogant. So we left w/o having had lunch.

Tried two nights running to eat or drink here but was turned away on both occasions and was told the restaurant was closed which evidently it wasn't as locals were still walking in. As we are English I can only presume this was the real reason. Never tried bothering for the third night. We actually ate in three other restaurants... More

This is a "standard issue" French brasserie that offers some fixed price menus and other options. The food is basic but is well presented and very tasty. It is also excellent value for money.

Wife and I were looking for a place for dinner, and we couldn't find the restaurant suggested by Trip Advisor. So continued down the street until we came upon this place . They have the usual French "formula" option - three courses for a fixed price. The price was in our range so we decided to give it a try.... More

For the prices, I expected better. It wasn't cheap. I had the French Onion Soup, and as I cook, I could recognize that they didn't even bother to sautee the finely minced onion in some butter before tossing them into weak, industrial, rather flavorless broth. they didn't even gratinee it, instead bringing croutons and cheese shreds to the table in... We came here at 18:45 on a Saturday night with my two small children (4 & 6 years). The service was fast, prompt and family friendly. Atmosphere is like a modern pub (two other families in there besides us). I got the menu with a crab cake, fish of the day & flan for 13€. Great price for a full... More

This restaurant looks cool. It has a very modern and hip look. That's about all that's good. The food is below average. The service is slow. I would'[t go back.
