Little difficult finding the place. In a cave downstairs. A bit warm. The menu was limited but sufficient. Bit of a language issue ( our French could be better). I enjoyed my dinner. Husband booked thru The Fork and apparently did not read all the fine print for 20% discount. He was not pleased. Seemed part of the meal did... More

I'm French myself and came from London to visit Aix for the weekend with my partner. We choose to come for dinner at "Petit bout" because we read very good reviews on Tripadvisor. We had a fantastic time. The food was amazing. We highly recommend this restaurant. I had the best dessert in 20 years! un fondant au chocolat mais... More

The best dinner we've had in quite a while - contemporary french food with a creative twist, served in a cave-like, funky environment, with a bottle of delicious red wine. Very friendly, attentive and upbeat service, good value for money. We had the mushroom cream with truffle oil for starters, then tuna and the mixed platter, an after eight variation... More

We had reserved a table for 14 persons. When arriving we were told that is was full and that they have done a mistake with the reservations. They found another restaurant for us but still it is poor management. My recommendations is to triple check before you are planning to visit this restaurant.

You would not pick this place from the street but its definitely worth it. Went for sat night dinner. Fantastic menu on the board. Fish capuccino sounds horrible but its delicious. Then followed by Beef and duck in the jars (forget the name). Mint chocolate cocktail to finish. All sublime. Winner!

After three years in Aix, she asserts that this is the place she most enjoys for that special meal. We had a very pleasant evening meal here , nice food and wine, nice atmosphere, nice service. And good company. Result!

Small and cozy restaurants, warm welcoming and nice waitress. The food is simply really good ! The Croustillant de Thon are delicious, as well as the Brochinettes. All served with a tasty ratatouille croissant ! It is one of the really good restaurants in Aix, I have been there twice within a year and the quality of their cuisine has... More

We went to this restaurant based on comments from tripadvisor. OMG how can it be so wrong. First the location of the place is in a narrow street full of bin bags a bit outside Aix city center. The atmosphere is not bad if you like the idea of being in a cellar but when in Aix its a bit... More
