We had it's dinner menu. Home made Provencal food was very tasty, especially the Rabbit with rosemary. But so disappoint at one of desert, Creme Brulee, cold and hard, not matching the good quality.

Lovely, authentic French food. Varied menu.Pleasant atmosphere. Far better than the host of outside restaurants in the Forum Square. Our best dinner in Arles.
This is a lovely restaurant. We were looking for a place to have lunch and happened upon it after we visited the Arlesienne Perfumerie. We did not have a reservation but were lucky enough to get a seat outside. I only wanted one dish so I opted for the Bull (Taureau) stew. It was divine. Bull is a very lean... More
We stepped into this place as the menu appealed to my husband. The decor was like stepping into the 1980s Bad Design Awards. I'd the local bull sausge to start with - it was chewy and very plastic looking. With no garnish so it meant alot of chewing on the sausage. My main was sea bream cooked provencal style. I... More
Run by a couple so you need to be a little patient, but well worth it. Great food and at incredibly low prices for a dinner set menu. A huge leap in quality from the touristy restaurants around the square.
To end a (very wet) day trip to Arles, we fancied a restaurant serving typically Provençal food - something simple but tasty, without breaking the bank. After considering the menus outside various different establishments and turning our nose up at those that seemed too tourist-tacky, we returned to this little dining room, tucked away in a side street off the... This was one of my favourite restaurants in all of Arles, with the exception of the dessert. It was cheaper than other places I ate (around 17euro for prix-fixe vs. 25euro at others) but the food was delicious. I had the rabbit which was large, flavourful and incredibly tender. Portion sizes are medium to large, and both the appetizer and... More
Right off the Place du Forum. A family owned restaurant serving delicious local cuisine. We were with a tour group and they set aside a large part of the restaurant for us. Even the chef came out to help serve-when I complimented his cooling he offered me a job in the kitchen! Delicious food at a grey price.
We were drop-ins and got the last table. The food was regional Camargue cuisine and very interesting. They had an entertainer come in and he made the experience all the more memorable - a singer/guitarist playing typical music from the Camargue (think Gipsy Kings). We had a fun time.
We are staying in the excellent Hotel du Forum opposite. There are several touristy restaurants in the Place du Forum all worth avoiding. I had a bad leg and this one is near and down a side alley. Service was great and quick, but suspicious of a microwave or response to previous TA reviews of being too slow. Could slow... More
